Hermes or royal mail for jewellery returns?

Hello all- hope you are having a good festive season.
sorry- i know this question has been asked and answered before - but i can't remember the answer!-
please could you tell me if it is best to return jewellery items by hermes or royal mail?

I was advised by CS that jewellery items to be returned by RM as Hermes doesn't deliver to that particular depot.
