I managed with a bit of guesswork by visiting the sit-up website email Ian Percival last night.
Early this morning i had a phonecall from a customer service rep. saying my issues were being dealt with and my item had been dispatched.

The item arrived just after lunch, and late this afternoon i had another phonecall, and this evening i have had an email with a gift voucher attached.

That was quick service, so i would say if you have problems go direct to the top as i did
