I'm sorry I missed him. His his voice still as strong as it was - he has a great voice.

I am also old enough to remember the cahboys and injuns, Argey! Bliss - cowboy film - after the rattle SNAKE had put in appearance with glass of tizerr and a wagonwheel. Them was the days!

Yowzer! In them olden days a wagon wheel was the size of a wagon wheel.

Was a shame about that Titanic eh :snog:

Saturday afternoon matinee at the pictures was the highlight of our week! Roy Rogers, Tonto, Kia ora orange drink, bliss!

Saturday morning at the pictures for me, gawd knows what we watched but the one thing that does stick in my mind from those mornings is.......clackers! Everybody had them in there! I think they eventually banned them when they got tired of wiping blood off the seats due to all the injuries they caused! lol

I can't quite remember that Snoops, me brains were already addled by that time. I do vaguely remember this one though <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxpt484YYGB%2526i%253D26%252F26%255F23%255F3%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/26/26_23_3.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D26%252F26_23_3%2526uiv%253D3.0/image.gif"></a> as my daughter was born about nine months later.

Ahhh those Vikings rapin an a pillagin pillagin an a rapin, good set o'lads tho :D

He was in the original Poseidon Adventure. I liked that film. The remake was pants.

I like the original very much too - and I like Ernest Borgnine as he's one of the last proper Hollyweird stars left.
Can't stand the missus though. All the floaty hand stuff and regal mannerisms can't hide the fact she's as hard as nails underneath. I bet she's a real pain in the bum to waiters, hotel staff etc
