My pleasure Carol. I am glad you had a lovely day. Everyone should be spoilt on their birthday in my opinion, especially us women, who run around after everyone all the time! I was 50 this year and got sweet bog all. Even my own mother didnn't remember. If you did not send her a card, there would be war. Its great that you have a family who make a fuss of you.

I echo Min Itchy, you should've bought yourself something nice - in fact, your bd was June wasn't it, not too late my girl, go and flash the credit card somewhere expensive then tell them all they're chipping in!! You've not had the easiest of years one way or another so I think you deserve a big treat - go on, do it! Tell them I said you could!
