The ones on Amazon are a better deal 😉 and if you have Prime there’s no P&P. I think my family members now have enough lights and torches so I won’t be buying them from either place.

I wonder if strato will buy them? 🤔
Hmm bit of a strange choice as a gift “For Family and Friends”..!
Suppose it’s practical and useful.

Looked at the Amazon deal posted..
The offer is not on prime, so £3.99 post all round for that one - but you still get an extra lantern compared to QVC!

Surely Strato has enough torches by now?! 😉

If you are intending on gifting these ( strange gift) I’d say it’s worth buying the Q package. They work out about £1 dearer per lantern, however, Q’s come with batteries, separate gift boxes and a there’s a choice of colours. They also mentioned a hanging hook that the set from Amazon don’t appear to have. Yes , they are a weird gift choice but would make for a practical stocking filler. If you had the Amazon set , it’s the sort of thing you might just give to a family member or mate just because- “ I’ve got 4 of these , I don’t need them all so you might as well have one”

The £3.99 P&P isn’t showing when I click on the link. Maybe it will show up if I put it in my basket, but I don’t need them and so will resist that temptation. 😉

The QVC ones do look better quality though. I’ve bought a few torches/lanterns in the past and as they often come in sets of three, the family and OH get the ones that I don’t need. I think they’re all “torched” out now.

You can never have enough torches lol.

I haven't seen the video yet, but I bought the first lot.

May comment later when I've seen it.

I would have been tempted to buy the metallic set, but sold out already.

The ones I've got are very good quality but don't have the torch or red flasher, which is why I was tempted.

I don't like the way they say you can dim them, because all you are doing is covering it up! So the battery will wear out just as fast. Many of my torches have GENUINE dimming, so if you turn them down to 1/4 they will last 4 times longer. Some of mine on the lowest setting will last for weeks (then you can recharge them).

For comparison, the torch has a brightness of 69 lumens, whereas my best torch has 14,000 lumens and turns night into day.

Couldn't resist this, it was posted a few days ago
