I should have sent it back, but didn't, will use the other bits up as they are okay. I won't be buying anymore Gatineau. The other day I found a cleanser by The Ordinary, , the squalane one, must have had it years, forgot all about it and its still good, it's great on mu sensitive skin too, so may re- purchase when I have worked through my stash of cleansers!
 
I’ve never bought Gatineau - and only once tried a small thing of Elemis marine cream which did nothing for me - as out of my price range.

Must admit, however, I did start to get tempted by the TSV!
Can’t really afford it but Andrew and Micaela (sp?) make quite a slick but warm team presenting - aside from Debbie’s annoying interruptions and showing off her smooth neck! - and with some of the clinical trials/results I did wonder if defi-lift would help my skin…?!

I could never repurchase it though and I don’t know why but I suspect it’s going to really highly scented?
I’ve got very sensitive skin…

Well if mine's duff I will be straight on the phone and be wanting a refund and QVC can pay for the return. I went off Gatineau ages ago but decided to give them another try so it better be good. Andrew's always banging on about the quality blah blah but products separating does not imply that does it? Maybe they are mixing old stock in with the new stock to get rid.

I've also not opened my new moisturiser yet, still using old one. I'm a bit concerned about this splitting, as everyone says, it's far too expensive to bin. I've just emailed Gatineau in Windsor for advice on what to do should my tube have split on opening. I'll keep you informed should I receive a rep!y. I've used Gatineau for year's, my skin loves it but I'm starting to wonder if the recipes are being cheapened now Andrew has bought the company. I wouldn't be surprised to be honest.
 
I just noticed today the scar on Andrew's face, it looks like it was a severe cut, anyone heard?

Also I am adtounded, I have never gad a Gatineau product separate

Yes, way back. The best bit is he used Decleor Prolagene Gel on it. It was mentioned live on air a number of times as back then Prolagene was said to help to heal. As long as the scar was still red once it turned white, it wouldn't work.
 
They brought out a whole range of Prolagene moisturizers to go with the gel.
QVC sold the large size, but at Decleor counters they sold a smaller size which the SA used to insist was different and for the face the bigger one QVC sold only for the body.
 
I sometimes use my Ipad to type it is so awful, can never understand why people like Ipads, I dislike Appke so would never have bought one, mine was a present. I don't type on my mobile either much prefer my desktop PC.
On the subject if Andrew I can honestly say I only recently noticed his scar. Thanks for all the replies 👍👍

He always tried to keep the side of his face without the scar towards the camera.
