I would say that she's had a massive amount of facial surgery. It's impossible to guess her age, but I don’t think she's very old.

Didn’t mean to sound offensive but it was just a way to describe her as I didn’t know what her name is which is why i asked. If it is the aforementioned woman then that may be why I couldn’t understand what she was saying.

I think I would struggle to find a way to describe her lips in a flattering way without coming up with something bizarre; perhaps tulip lips. I understand where you are coming from. When I see attractive women with surgery I feel frustrated. Vanity and the pressure to look good in a world that seems to revolve around Instagram, Tiktok and the like is toxic.
