the postage is bad enough but its the return postage costs that i hate. if you buy a pair of shoes/boots from qvc you have to be aware it could cost you £12 or more just to try them on.

if they lose your order you have several weeks to wait to get your money back and no compensation for the impertinance

I wonder how most QVC customers would react, even the sycophantic devotees, if they walked into a shop and were told there was a £10 trying on fee? And yet they accept it from QVC without batting an eyelid.

Unfortunately, if I go to my local theatre to buy a ticket, even with CASH over the counter, I have to pay a booking fee!!!!!

Apparently, this is legal, even though it is not for the use of a credit card.

Since I was charged this fee, about 3 years ago, I have never been back.
 
A woman on their FB page was ranting today about P&P. She was about to buy a few things then realized £25 shipping!!! Oh and then of course the return shipping if she did not like them.
