Heard Charlie say he had a lovely tweet that said shame there wasn’t detention for his bad behaviour as he‘d been being naughty in the show with Miranda in the Frank Usher hour. That’s Ellie who‘s keeping a close eye on the show he said.
Miranda asked him was it his wife that had tweeted.
He said thank you to Ellie, it’s ok he’d receive an email from his boss later.

I was a customer from the beginning, however, it's only been in the last five years that I've complained about the tat peddlers rudeness & slapdash attitude with Ms Everton receiving the most criticism. I have received replies & a 'feedback given' brush off, obviously nothing was done or she's untouchable. See two of several responses below:

'Thank you for contacting QVC with your feedback regarding presenter Chloe. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with her behaviour, and apologise for any inconvenience cause. We are always reviewing opportunities to enhance our products and services so thank you for taking the time to email in your feedback.
We do value the comments and feedback of our customers, and just wanted to let you know your feedback has been passed to the relevant department.'

'Thank you for contacting QVC. I'm sorry to hear that you have had to make numerous complaints regarding our presenters. We are truly sorry for any upset and disappointment caused.
I can assure you your previous complaints have been noted and feedback has been given to improve the standard of our shows and for our presenters to work with. I wanted to let you know we do appreciate you taking your time to email us your feedback, all feedback is always welcome and we do also value you as a customer. Your comments regarding Chloe Everton on the Sunday 28th July Kipling show has been passed to the relevant department.'

When I closed my account I expected a questionnaire about why I'd left, especially after being with them for so long, they were probably glad to know that I wouldn't contact them again!

Well, I complained about her behaviour, this is what I received today, and will be interesting to see if there's a difference in her behaviour ................

I saw a part of that particular hour and almost phoned in to complain; something I've never even considered before. Apart from the fact that I find Ms. Everton totally unbearable anyway, I was irritated to find that she seemed to be under the impression she was providing a service and cheering people up!!!! She is, IMHO, by far the worst presenter EVER. By a long way.

Then, to make matters worse, I caught a bit of another FU show and there is Craig Rowe dancing too! I know he's done that before but really they need to get a grip; it's embarassing!
