No, it's just you, weirdo! 😆

Nah, seriously, I sometimes find myself catching a few minutes of kids channels as I go up the Freeview channels, as they're located just before the news channels that start at 231 with BBC News.
That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! 😁
Did catch the revamped Thunderbirds (animated CGI graphics version) but wasn't too impressed. Some of the Japanese animé style/manga type cartoons are interesting and creative.

It's a shame they moved the Blue Peter of my youth to the CBBC channel, years ago, as I'd probably have still watched it occasionally if was still on main BBC channels, but can't be bothered to look on CBBC.
lol

I was never that into Thunderbirds back in the day. I remember liking Joe 90 though.

Blue Peter: virtually every kid between the late 50s onwards, if my memory serves, being a 70's baby, 70's and 80's child, watched BP and I've seen it in passing of late, and NOT being terrible, but it never struck me as a programme that would have a wheelchair user. Always think of it as a 'dare devil' type programme. Climbing Nelson's Column and so on.

How about an aside. TV programmes, obviously. But, have you ever channel hopped and caught something on a kids channel (with or, as in my case, without kids) and got into some of them? For example. The Really Loud House :p And, I'm not 'in the grave' yet, but when the ninja turtles first came out I was younger, but never got into them. They've done another rehash / follow up, whatever, and I find myself watching it.

Or is that just me? ;)
I was channel hopping and came across Horrible Histories and thought it was funny even though it was for kids. I ended up watching every series! I especially love the historical songs and can probably still remember most of them word for word! It was really good until the original cast/creators left to do Yonderland and then Ghosts.

Yes, the Mysterons. It was my favourite.

Way back they even had a weekly mag, Lady Penelope, and the Angels had their own stories. My mum used to buy it for me.

I really did not like Joe 90.

Don't remember Joe 90 but just remembered Four Feather Falls.

Strictly Come Dancing.

Wow. For the first time since I've watched Strictly, Claudia looks HOT!

A tight-fitting red, sparkly, body-hugging cat suit!

Grrrowl! More of this please and makes a great change to her usual black, black and black!

But something has happened to her voice. I think she has had a lot of dental work and now has quite a lisp (not a lisp exactly) and the head judge also has a similar thing, but not so noticeable most of the time.

Interesting hadn't noticed either; will look/listen out for that.

Do you mean like Labett, the Beast in The Chase, since he's had his teeth done, he seems to pronounce three as 'free' and other 'th' words and it's all a bit indistinct.
They get overbite from the overlarge prominent crowns. Think 'Dwayne Dibley' from Red Dwarf! 😁

I reckon they're reading my posts on another TV forum, because I said CW wears black all the time, like the goth relative who wants to hide at a wedding/reception... And now she started wearing white and now red!
😉

Mark Labett always said free for three, and fousand instead of thousand. "You'll be playing for a high offer of furty free fousand pounds" etc. Used to drive me mad.

Yeah, the new teeth didn't help, then.

Anne Hegarty, The Governess also seems to suffer this affliction a little too, firty fousand pounds!

Stephen Mulhern on Catchphrase: you've won twenty thousand Poooouuuuunnndddsssss.

'Paourwnds'.

TV adverts.

Is it just me who thinks the kids acting as adults in the Barclays Bank TV advert are great. So natural.

"I didn't eat any calamari, so I'm not paying for any calamari.

What are you, 7?"

Also the reactions of the girl cashier.

The retiree.

Great acting. By all of them.
Brilliant. And funny. Good script/editing.

Credits to the ad agency media team. It should get an award.

Seeing this put me in mind of an advert from 200 years ago that I thought was so sweet, I mentioned it on my FB.
