I liked it on first glance but then noticed that it's viscose, and rather thin and floppy at that. By the time it's washed it will be a bit of rag needing a lot of ironing.

Colours seem gaudy to me, probably used cheap dyes. sign of cheap fabric.

Very, very bright colours, yes. Almost shouty.
