If you have sensitive I would have thought it's better to avoid enzymatic exfoliation. That would include the Elemis papaya peel and the Gatineau radiance enhancing peel. I love the Gatineau one, personally, but I don't class my skin as overly sensitive most of the time. I just patch test anything new I'm planning to use on my face to be on the safe side.
Using particles can damage your skin.
You could look at pha or aha. For aha I think lactic is gentler than glycolic. Nowadays you can probably take a look in Boots or Superdrug for an affordable one.
A sure way to exfoliate regularly is the cloth you use to remove your cleanser. Muslin or flannel are probably best and better changed when they feel too soft.
