I've used ANR for years on and off, it's a nice product, but I think my skin has become too used to it, and now seems to be drying my skin.
Looking at some reviews online, others have said the same. At the moment I'm just using PCMC on it's own, and my skin is recovering.

A friend of mine has been using Clarins double serum since receiving it in a Christmas set. She is very impressed with it so far.
Anyone here tried it? I'm a bit tempted, but Clarins products tend to be a bit too perfumed for me, might try and get a sample.

IIRC, they changed the formulation of it either last year or the year before. One of my friends had used it for years but she can't anymore as it now causes quite a bad reaction on her skin.

Thank you to those offering their thoughts on this. I've always had dry skin, and since turning 40 it's just getting drier and drier. It's so hard to keep it hydrated, but if I try any "heavier"/"thicker" creams aimed at more mature skins they exacerbate hormonal break outs on my cheeks.

I wonder if adding in something like this would help? (I just cleanse and moisturise at the moment with sporadic use of an AHA like Liquid Gold when i can be bothered - forgive me, I have young kids, I'm too worn out for extensive routines 😅🥱)

I’ve never tried ANR but thought I’d give it a go as my current nightly serum is almost finished. However, I managed to get 100ml of the identical product for £33.99 because I don’t want two bottles of it incase it makes no difference to my skin.

Where from, Toril?

I read the beauty news from the British Beauty Blogger, she tells which companies being sued for whatever or being sold. She had been saying since last year EL and not in a good way. They invested heavily in the Chinese market but losing money as the Chinese prefer their own beauty ranges. I have said before this is why EL and their brands have appeared on QVC.

From one of my usual places that I visit if I only want one product that’s being sold in a set on QVC. I always check other places for prices as well. I bought the ANR from eBay as it was the best price for 100ml.
