His film credits run to 2011. Tova was his fifth wife, they would have celebrated their ruby wedding anniversary in 2013.

Just heard this sad news, my sympathies to Tova and her family. She was talking about Ernie so fondly when she was on QVC here the other weekend. He reached a very great age and was still working and deserves to be shown respect at this time.
