Emu TSV?

I just watched this and I've never been a fan of UGGs and the like, but I think I might be beginning to turn (in a boots way!). I'm sitting here with freeeeeeezing feet.

I've never been too sure about the wearing jeans tucked into boots look, but maybe I should give it a go. Especially as I see they are available in black (I've never fancied the lighter ones).

Must resist!

I know exactly what you mean thought UGGS were silly, but then I bought a pair of Emu Original Ugly Sheepskin boots and they are just wonderful with no socks. I'd love another pair now - but that's just greedy!:54:

Does anyone know where I can get sheepskin insoles? I don't need them in the house but they are a wee bit too big without socks outside.

Yaaaaay!!! So glad to see you back posting again. (I used to be bbelle)

I would love to get myself a pair of these but not sure what colour to go for...I do love the lighter colours but I am terrible at keeping things looks clean so I guess black or brown would be much more practical but.....

I have got the Stinger Low in Chestnut Irishbliss. It's a lovely colour but not too pale. I use a protector spray and they still look good.

I've just ordered them in pink (£48.44 from Amazon) to wear around the house. I hope they get here soon.

Thanks from me too. I've risked a pair of £55 black ones with the toggles up the side.

Hi ladies, sidney this is my first pair of emu boots but upon reading reviews on amazon of the toggle boots and also the recommendation on shoe envy to go down a size, i opted for a size 4 (usually i'm a size 4-5 depending on shoe type). They are due today, been sent out via home delivery so i will report back.

Birdie your welcome i might go for a black pair too if there still available!

I've ordered a 6 (my size). Wondering if I should have got a 5 now!

I will let you know how my size 4 feels, as far as ive read if the boots stretch when the wool has lied down abit then ppl either put socks on with em or buy sheepskin inner soles.

This is part of the reason i only bought 1 pair to see how the sizes feel, plus i need LOTS of retail therapy at the mo!

Thanks so much for the ASOS tip. My husband has ordered me 2 pairs for christmas for less than we were going to pay for one pair of Uggs.

Hi, I don't know how much help I will be - I bought one pair from ebay and ordered another from NZNature - however as they haven't arrived yet I am slghtly hesitant to recommend them! I also 'cheated' and took out the removable insoles from some Ugg 'Canaan' boots (no longer made) which I swap around. I have a feeling Kiwi Sheepskin may sell insoles too, and I believe there is another Australian site, Mortels Sheepskin Company
http://www.sheepskinfactory.com.au who sell the ones I bought from ebay which are quite good.

Hope this helps - if and when I receive my NZ Nature order, I'll update you.

Good luck!

SCW here are some of the suggestions from the Londoners for insoles.
