I'm so fed up with companies like Dyson and Shark. Over priced, rubbish CS, unable to supply parts but - miraculously - can find them if you send your machine in to repair for £99.
It seriously pisses me off that Dyson tools won't fit if you buy a newer model. I was under the impression that companies were being expected to minimise landfill by building future-proofing into their products. It looks like I'm wrong when I really shouldn't be.
I'll be sticking to G-Tech in future as they still supply parts for older machines (though mine is over a decade and is still working well).
