Isn't the one they had as a TSV earlier in the year, but you get the case now?

One of my friends bought that TSV, and it came in a heavy-duty cardboard box which she stores it in. I cannot see why they decide to add the case?

No, not buying.

Something I have seen a few times in the past few months, people complaining about their Dyson hairstyling things breaking just out of warranty/guarantee and all they get is the offer of a reconditioned one for £99. No repairs or refund.

I would never spend that much on a hair dryer, or their overpriced straighteners, although I’m lucky because I can afford to. Thd hair dryer and the straighteners that I’ve got do a good job and they probably cost less combined than the box to put the Dyson straighteners in.
