Dyson 10" bladeless fan

I saw one of these recently at my sister's house and it looked good (even at £199 on QVC) Was tempted by easy pay and 10p delivery today but have just spotted it on John Lewis website at thirty quid cheaper and free delivery (£169)

I guess QVC keep the price high so they can offer p&p @ 10pence.
Is the john Lewis the same as QVC were offering as i believe Dyson do 2 sizes?
