Diamonique 18ct gold!!!!!

But to answer your original question, I still think QVC set diamonique in 18k gold because of customer demand.
9k and 18k gold are slightly different colours and if folks need to match a piece they already have..........:)

Out of curiosity I've ordered one of the Tuesday premiere 100 facet diamonique pieces.

It's good to set it in 18ct gold because that's what's touching your skin: 18ct gold is much more 'skin-friendly' than lower carats/base metals. The fact that it's a diamonique stone keeps the cost down. You therefore get the best of both worlds.

I understand where you are coming from. -Because, otherwise how can they justify the cost of selling what seems to be better know as cubic Zirconia! I have bought diamonique in the past - and the larger stones always look cloudy.
