Define web first please?

I stupidly I imagined that web first items would be brand new offerings. How come then it includes:

1. clearance priced items

2. Xmas items


3 brands. longer on Q

4. items with reviews dating back to 2010!

I really think QVC's web is out there, way, way, way, way, way out there.... with a low all onto itself, not really for purpose, but way, way out there

complicated way of saying beyond reason, logic thought and not always fit for purpose
