I do wish QVC would sort themselves out!!!!

Aromessence Iris Oil Serum full size is 15ml, not 50ml.

They do smaller sizes normally in kits of either 5ml or 1ml.

Unless this is a new supersize exclusively for QVC... generally their Aromessences for body are in 100ml sizes.

Their balms come in at either 15ml standard or 30ml supersize. Body balms generally 50ml.

So as per usual the info on their website is not trustworthy, in my opinion, without a picture to back it up!

Aromessence Iris in 15ml retails at £55 so the kit would represent good value even if they have messed up as usual on product sizes. I'd expect a kit with 50ml of Aromessence Iris to retail for well in excess of £100 which would mean the kit would probably be about the best value kit QVC have ever offered.

Yes - I agree. 50ml + 15ml for that price is in the realms of fantasy! I'd be in like a rocket for it, even though I've got plenty of other aromessences to get through, at that price. Even at 15ml and 5ml it's tempting, but no, I'm sitting on my hands again! I've decided that I will look at the Alpha-H TSV, and the Elemis Christmas one, but apart from that I'm really going to try to avoid being tempted. I've no storage space, I've got at least a year's worth of products for me and for presents, and I've got home projects I need to save the money for... I am repeating these things like a mantra to try and stay on the straight and narrow! :mysmilie_50::mysmilie_50::mysmilie_50:

You've got to wonder at the calibre of people they've got writing up the information for the website! They are so slapdash, it beggars belief. I used to have to write blurb up for public consumption: you can bet I saw the product before I put any details down, and checked and double-checked it. Nobody's perfect and of course I got it wrong sometimes, but we used to correct things that were wrong.

I agree that, with QVC's record of web inaccuracies (that's the politest term I could think of) that the 50ml Iris oil is probably a mistake, however Decleor do make a 50ml bottle of the iris oil. I've seen them selling on ebay and assumed it's a salon size.

That oto price is still live so if you fancy the set expecting a 15ml + 5ml iris oil , then you'll be pleasantly surprised if it actually literally includes the 50 + 15 mil bottles, but take a screen print of the web-page and use it as a "get-a-free-return" insurance should you decide to return the set.

Yes - for retail max size is 15ml, and I'm sure you're right that it would be a Salon size at 50ml...

QVC are getting worse and worse in so many ways. They aren't briefing customer services very well. Information on website is inaccurate. Pictures appear to be hard to find. You end up reliant on the on-air shows, and given their propensity for talking over guests and rambling on about trivia rather than professionally presenting the product and detailing what is included in what size/quantity, you're really pretty stuffed these days!

In order to shop successfully at QVC, it is way harder work than it is shopping elsewhere... sooner or later it's just not going to be worth the bother.

The OTO is shown with the title 5 piece body and skincare collection on the website. On air it's called Prolagene lift day and iris night trio. They are presenting a kit which includes 4 products...
The static picture does include 5 products, but there are clearly only 4.

And don't get me started on the product details. I've ranted enough already :mysmilie_11::mysmilie_10::mysmilie_365:

Let us know what you actually receive Helen, I'm sure it will include the Prolagene cream you want but it'll be interesting to see whether the set shown on air was right for all the elements! :mysmilie_59:
