I think those heels look daft regardless who is wearing them. You often see teens/early twenties girls wearing them on a night out and they clearly don't know how daft they look barely able to put one foot in front of the other!

OMG what a joke! It take me all my time to manage heels these days ( only wear when there is minimal walking to be done!)Was Debbie wearing those awful leggings as well?

They make me laugh. They look like Bambi trying to walk for the first time.

Very much depends on the shape of the "house brick" W imo. My Mum adores her Fly ankle boots. I think DF's shoes looked ridic as they were grossly exaggerated and in silver glitter. Doesn't really go with a jumper & leggings x.

Just bumping this. Nikki my Fly London Yaz Wedge platforms arrived today (wish I could do a link from Amazon). WOW! they are amazing. There is a lovely height to the wedge that is stylish but by no means riduculous. There is a lovely V shape towards the toes that elongates the foot and they are so comfortable. I have reasonably wide feet and these are fine. Mine were 50 something quid in warehouse deals. Available in loads of colours and fantastic quality.

Flamenco I will be wearing these for work with both skirt and trouser suits, but they would look equally good with jeans. If you like fitflops (as I do) I reckon you may like these too.

I am 5'4" and these make me taller too! I will get so much wear out of these I have ordered a similar peep toe summer style version in both off-white and a light grey pair. I have nothing for the summer except my fit flops and sketchers toe posts, neither of which I can wear for work.

All leather BTW.
