I had an issue with a presentation by Dave Bradford of a Hanspree tablet. So I wrote to Ideal World asking if they could ask him for a comment as to what I considered to be a frivolous and unproven claim he had made about the product.
They replied Mr Bradford was not in customer facing profile and they would not be able to get a comment from him but they would take my comments on board in their efforts to improve customer service.
What does "not in customer facing profile" mean? I thought every time he looks at the camera that's what he actually is.
No integrity waste of time.
 
What was your complaint?

Not customer facing means that he does not deal with customers directly.
 
Ideal World has thousands of viewers, the presenters wouldn't reply to each and every niggle they have. That's why there's a back up team [however good or bad they are].

If you have a problem with what has been said, you complain to the bosses. I am sure the presenters act largely on the info given to them and don't stray too much from that.
