Has QVC changed their customer care email address ?

I've send a few emails to them over the last week and has zero response ?
 
I use [email protected], but recently a couple of emails haven't been acknowledged and I've resent them. The website contact form is even more hit and miss, plus you can't keep a record of what you've said.

Just checked back through my emails and I've had a couple returned undelivered to the customercareuk address so stopped using it.

I had problems last week when returning something under the DSR. I didn't receive the P&P refund, so queried it, and had a quite a stroppy email in return informing me that they had no record of any email or other communication from me stating my intention to return the item under these regulations. Fortunately, they had actually responded by email acknowledging my request and I'd kept their original email as proof. I got my £3.95 back (cheeky b*ggers!).
 
Best thing to do if you have facebook is complain on there page , you will soon get a response then, You will of course get the usual, it looks like we have let you down blah blah blah.
