Ordered 3 items, 2 arrived (only 2 ticks on the enclosed invoice), last item failed to arrive.

Customer Services stated missing item was discontinued apologised and would refund, giving a £5 (30 day) voucher for inconvenience.

Full cost of missing item and full p&p of the item refunded to credit card immediately.

Therefore two items delivered for £2 (er !!)

Well, what more could I ask for.

Just a good news story submitted to keep the balance.
