Cuisinart?

I haven't seen Cuisinart for awhile. I thought they were on to a good thing, as they are very popular in TheStates. Wha' 'appened?

Cuisinart are in Debenhams and Lakeland

We have one of their soup makers and it is highly recommended

Thanks JabbaTheHut. Sammy, DiCesare and Stacey fell out of favour didn't they. Big fanfare to announce and pfft when they go. Cuisinart is like a workhorse and reliable, better to buy from an efficient and professional seller. IMO

On Facebook it was said that Stacey couldn't wait to leave IW. Seems they are a nightmare to deal with.

SCW I had no idea, they'd switched. Doh! Things pass me by ...

Great customer service, I have had my soup maker (from IW) for over 2 years when it burnt out, so got in touch with CS and they confirmed it had a 3 year warranty so they send me a prepaid label and within what must have been a couple of days of them receiving it back they send me out a brand new one. It's a shame they are no longer on IW as they always have good easypays as their stuff is not cheap.
