Cr*pology knives

Oh well my original knives are old as I said and my only recent purchases to compare against have been Ikea which cost more than qvc ones.

For me they cut extremely easily and cleanly. The bread knife cuts the thinnest slices I have ever managed in a fresh loaf. Think you have to compare like with like and remember they only cost about £4 each. I am just curious to see how they are longer term.

Shallow other stuff I know but I bought the multi colour set and it is really useful to grab a knife without all the handles being the same colour. Also I really do like the covers as I can store them safely in a drawer without risk of myself or anyone else grabbing a blade.

Im gutted that I didnt order now I love new sharp knives .............in a good cooking way that is .

I had that problem so now have them stored, point down on a bed of kitchen roll in a big jug. I bought the Chef Tony ones from IW when they were on sale and they're great.

since posting my previous message (ie saying that they're not that great) I've cut myself with these knives....twice :(
