Hope you're not going to have to pay postage costs when you've ordered size wise following their instructions.
I did contemplate ringing customer services etc but to be honest I couldnt be bothered to wait for the return lable as I want the credit to go back on my credit card before I receive my statement, iykwim. I did however enclose a note stating that I had ordered in accordance with their advice etc etc - so you never know, they might refund in full!

Oh, what a shame. I would still ring customer services though and tell them you are expecting your P&P costs refunding, even though you have enclosed a letter with the returns. That way, there should be an additional note on your account record to refund in full, and will avoid having to chase it up if returns dept 'miss' the letter.

This is when Q becomes VERY EXPENSIVE! P&P outward & postage back. I wish they'd just stick to the flippin correct sizing, they would probably sell considerably more.

ReflexGirl, I s-o know what you mean about the rushing the return to appear on the next statement! What I do is to pay and send it that day but call CS for a label. Then keep that prepaid label on the 'fridge door 'til the NextReturn and I use it and request a label from CS. Keeping a spare instead of waiting 5 days for them to send out the label. Hope that makes sense. Snarly

Thats a canny idea, thank you snarly!

Just make sure that if there's a reference/item number on the label & it's not for the item you're returning scrub it out prior to sending. Otherwise they may just scan the label & give you an insufficient refund.

We all know how quickly they process returns sometimes. Only needs someone to rush & not check the label inside the package.

Aw ReflexGirl, that's a SnarlyShare =^.^= Saves me fuming that it takes so long to receive the label and I don't trip over said package where I've left it on the hall floor to remind me that I'm waiting to SendItBack. x ChilledOutSnarly

I ordered the Coral which arrived yesterday. I'm a 5 1/2 and bought the 5 and they fit lovely. They feel really comfy, and the heel height is just right.

yes, you are right, the heel height is spot on. Since I broke my foot, I've been a bit frightened of wearing some shoes with heels. This sandal is a nice height and my foot feels very supported, too. I'm so glad I went for the TSV.
