I switch her off. From back in the days of her presenting craft shows with Dawn Bibby* I found her unwatchable (both of them actually ) and I intended to watch something a while ago and lasted less than 15mins.

*originally I hadn't included the words "craft shows" which made the sentence more interesting but thankfully inaccurate.

What would be the point of a shopping channel if people didn't watch. Therefore I think QVC do care.
I watch more QVC if there is a presenter I like as opposed to someone I can't bear but it's horses for courses. The presenters I prefer are down to my own taste it doesn't mean that I am wrong in saying I like them anymore than someone else is wrong for liking someone else.
I like Catherine more than say Jilly or Craig but none of them would make me buy or not.

She does look lovely in this video and looks better than the model. She does strut about doesn't she though, touching her body here and there, looks a bit raunchy
