Hi folks. I have tried unsuccessfully to find a thread that lists this and wonder if anyone knows the current contact email for the 'boss'?

I really need to lodge a complaint as I am getting nowhere with the customer service bods who all seem to have had a grey matter bypass today!

Try voicing your complaint on the QVCUK Facebook site. I was advised to do this and they reacted very quickly.

Thanks Holmca but I really want to take this to the top. I am sick of being fobbed off and told different things by different people and then being called a liar!

Good luck SuziQ, it leaves a bad taste when you have to escalate a problem to the CEO, even if they then sort it quickly and "identify a training need" it shouldn't take all that effort!
