C&C design suite (paddington bear) product key??

Hi i got my Paddington collection delivered today and i'm having real issues installing it, during the installation process I'm being prompted to put in a product key, but i don't have one, i hve followed the links to go on line for info where to find it, but it says it should be either in the package, or on the product, and its not, can anyone help?

I haven't bought this one but previously I've been asked to do that for craft CD roms. The product key is usually on the back cover. Can you see a code of any sort anywhere on the cover?

If there is no code with it ask Ideal World/Create & Craft to replace it.

Hi Mandy, did you get anywhere with the product key? Mine is doing the same. I've asked both Serif and C&C. Serif says it doesn't need one and C&C reminded me how to install the software which is printed on the box, in a way which I found a bit condescending.

They will be getting it back if I don't get someone to sort it soon.

I had problems too. Serif told me to uninstall any previous copies - this worked for me.
