it was never going to be an OTO i think he put the wrong thing by mistake

THink he meant an introductory price as there would be no sense in the TSV selling out and then this being an OTO as they match! Lets face it Simon doesn't really understand these things, I cannot see him watching QVC as much as we all do!!!
