As a newcomer to the forum, I have to add my comments on Kim and Co. Very out-dated and unfashionable, though her clothes obviously sell otherwise they wouldn't give her as much airtime as they do. My biggest problem is not so much the clothes, but Kim's voice. One of the strangest I've ever heard. Maybe Canadians all speak like that....I find it very hard to listen to her to be honest, which is a bit of a no no for a shopping cannel.

Violet, I'm pleased to tell you that not all Canadians sound like Kim (although I've never visited that fashion capital, Montreal).

I always think that she sounds like someone trying to speak 'normally' on the phone while struggling with a wasp that's flown up her skirt. (Where it's fatally trapped by the static charge.)
