I only dip in now and again, but either I'm just unlucky or QVC is on its way out of the door.

Mostly it's yet another obscure beauty brand or Cozee Home that I've clicked onto. Forwarding on to future shows it's an assortment of household / sale fashion or gardening.

I can't even remember when I last ordered anything, whereas years ago there was so much on offer my monthly credit card bill was embarrassing. At least that's something I no longer worry about !

I'd be sorry to see QVC go down the plug hole. I enjoy watching it and I like reading the posts on here and replying to them. Let's hope new brands will come along - not just makeup and skin care.

there is plenty oif new of everything coming but if it dont sell they wont bring it
Surely they have to bring brands to the channel to see if they’ll sell before deciding that they won’t bring them? 🤔 (Or it that me being blonde? 😳 )

I rarely watch QCV now because it’s usually the same old brands on a loop, none of which interest me.

I bought the Kuhne Rikon bottle openers at the weekend, they are excellent. I've struggled for years trying to open bottles and jars and hubby is now sometimes having trouble.
They were delivered Tuesday but no notification from QVC.

I think this is becoming more common, and not just on shopping telly - supermarkets and suchlike don't give a product long to take off before they decide to pull the plug and discontinue selling it. I would think they decide a quota they think should sell, and if it doesn't meet that figure then no second chances.

its been like that for years & thats not quite true as quite a few brands on Q have been & gone 4-5 & even more times & have come back again

QVC are upping the endless emails, 'Donna, where have you been?' I am getting every day now, don't open. It is just the same crap they send out. I do get the TSV ones which okay I did sign up for.

I would love to email them and say, "currently up in the International Space Station" Evri won't deliver.:ROFLMAO::sneaky:
This is why I opted out of their marketing. They only email if I've actually ordered something.

I couldn't agree more, and even though I rarely buy from QVC it's still nice to watch and see what's on offer. I think part of the problem for me are the hours dedicated to one brand. Cozee Home, Dyson, Elemis etc how boring! I prefer more general shows - I don't mind a subject matter whether it be kitchen gadgets, beauty products, soft furnishings and ornaments but not just one brand please. I could be wrong but I suspect that the brand ambassadors that appear in every single show need to be paid therefore it wouldn't be worth their while to come into the studio to do a ten minute presentation. Are they really needed in person though? A guest appearance every now and again would be fine, but surely a pre-recorded VT and answers to FAQ's would work just as well. The woman from Cozee Home is on air almost as much as some of the presenters. Some come on Q... use your resources to bring us something new and innovative - Why for example are you paying Marie Francoise to tell us that this is the latest colour way and it's exclusive to QVC, and that she can fit all her toddler's paraphenalia inside a bag when she goes out with the other yummy mummies - Surely the presenter can relay all that information!

They keep sending me money off emails, which I find quite surprising as they keep telling us everything's flying out of the warehouse and they've run out of stock.

I tend to watch it for ideas, and then go to EBay or Amazon to see if I can get something the same or similar for a better price or P&P "free". I had to go to a family funeral and I didn't have anything black, traditional Catholic funeral for a much loved Aunt. I went on Ebay and found a Marla Wynne black faux suede boxy jacket, It is lovely and I wear it loads. I think it was less than half the original price. I also bought a Kuhn Rikon tin opener with the ring pull opener, I haven't had to open any tins with the opener so far, but the ring pull is the best thing I've ever used of that ilk, you need barely any force.
