So sad to hear that Bernie Nolan has passed away, it's a very sobering thought that she's roughly my age. May she rest in peace.

I know what you mean Marzy - you feel a connection if someone is from you town or city. Growing up on the Fylde coast the Nolans were a prominent family in and around Blackpool but I was surprised how sad I felt hearing this news yesterday. Plus she's roughly my age with a teenage daughter and I can't imagine not being alive to see mine grow up. So sad for her family.
