It wouldn’t be appropriate for the male presenters to behave like that towards the female models, would it? I think it’s pathetic when grown women act like 15 year olds when they see an attractive man, when they would probably be up in arms if it were the other way round!
Some people have told me that I'm a flirt & if friendly chatter with babies, men, women & animals makes me one then I'm guilty. However, when I became 60, an age I dreaded, I decided that I didn't want to be seen as a creepy old woman behaving as she had done when young so controlled the way I communicate. A couple of weeks ago a gorgeous looking man was running through our park; I was looking in his direction he gave me the most wonderful smile & as he went out through the gates he turned & blew me a kiss. I passed a lady who had watched him & she described him as very nice & said "I would & obviously you would too", she must have been in her late 70s.

I was once sitting in a cafe with a friend with our backs to the wall when a very presentable young man came in and was looking for some time in our direction. We were both thinking ‘ why the attention?’ Then he said I am looking at the Menu above you.Oh well she was over 80 & me in my 70’s hope springs eternal but how we laughed.

I couldn’t agree more Clothescloth. Double standards almost everywhere

It could have been an excuse! A lot of men appreciate the looks of mature women

If I'm honest there are very few young (or old come to that) chaps these days who 'do' it for me. Most young men have stoooopid haircuts that either make them look like an Edwardian granddad or doesn't suit them at all. A lot of young dads under 40 that I see in my supermarket have their a....ses hanging out of their jeans, generally overweight and tops that are better suited for the bin bag. Even at my age I would baulk at having action in bed with them.

Saying that I'm not averse to a good looking chap who is well groomed (I'm thinking Miguel Angel Silvestre - google him, he plays the lead in Velvet), but sadly I think attractive males are an endangered species.

Earlier this week I read an article about Anthony Bartley, a very handsome man. He got the DFC for his service during the Battle of Britain, became a film executive & was Deborah Kerr's first husband. I love this portrait.

Chris Hemsworth is very good looking plus I like Jason Momoa, especially his broody eyes and Dwayne Johnson as I think he is a fun type. I had a thing for Yul Brynner a few years ago.
