Not so sure about that. I received an email yesterday direct from New CID stating that Kelly and Mikey are on QVC on Sunday 9th September showcasing a 'Timeless Beauty' kit as a OTO from 7pm. I'd keep a look out if you're interested! It may not, of course, be this set, but it looks like there's supposed to be one!
