It's ashes to ashes, not ashes to bears, isn't it?

There are some odd-sounding ideas out there, but if it comforts someone who is bereaved, and it hurts no-one, and the bereaved person isn't being ripped off there's no harm in it, surely.

I quite agree. As long as vulnerable grieving people are not being exploited or pressurised. It should be personal choice in how they find comfort. Shame on those who do see them purely as targets for gain.
