Bare Minerals -funny smell

I bought the pink 2 piece bare minerals set the other day and it came yesterday. When I opened the box it was in there was a very strange smell, once the packaging was removed the smell was even stronger and the brush quite frankly stinks!
I think the smell is from the bag but I have never had any cosmetic bag smell so bad, I am thinking of washing the brush in some baby shampoo to try and get rid of the smell. The minerals themselves are OK they don't smell but the bag and the brush are real stinkers.
Has anyone else got the set and did yours smell

I am sure it is the bag it's a sort of oily fishy smell. The actual minerals are ok it's the brush and the bag. It really made me feel a bit queasy when I opened the box, strange the brush smells though because it was sealed in a plastic bag

I had a Mally TSV that stunk of fish, got a label and sent it all back too scared to order anything else. Looks like the bags are all coming from the same place then.
