bad customer support

been trying for 3 days to get hold of anyone from customer support tried fb,twitter,live chat,phoned no one it there.
All im trying to do is find out where my order is its shocking how bad this channel has become

I am new to this chanel but am not impressed with it, I have waited 19 days for a cheque to arrive, its still not here.they keep saying its waiting to be signed and will be sent out, I dont think I will be buying from them again.

I experience that bad customer support of my order, I have waited 30 days for my order. I didn't order it again!
