Did anybody go for this, reviews very mixed. Is the silicone soft and bendy or firm, not shown on video. Complaints about slow rotation and excessive heat, are these justified.

Purchased these last year in a TSV I'm sure,, was sent back in a week
Now I have long hair and was too long & frustrating process for me.
Item is heavy to use, barrel slow! & stop! ( hair tangled in it)
It is as hot as GHD straighteners but because it's slow I personally think overuse would dry and split hair

I bought it last year and should have returned it. I had the other Babyliss rotating brush that you can use on wet hair and it's fine but this one is rubbish. Slow isn't the word and it is very heavy so can't take it in hand luggage on planes not that I would bother with it anyway. It's almost as bad as the other rotating that claps over your hair but not quite.
