astraeolite?

Evening! wondering if anyone can help me ......what is this stone? I have tried trusty google and virtually everything it leads me to is gems tv generated. Has it got anything at all to do with outerspace...as the backdrop to this evenings presenter seems to suggest? Red astraeolite - is this natural? I have seen descriptions of it as having flecks of fools gold in it - well this fool thought gold was gold and the flecks in red astraeolite seem very definately red. I would be grateful for some pearls of wisdom on this

I sent for a ring in red as.......well, disappointing didn't come close,it looked like a dirty stone,a"clear" quartz with grey dust in it ,went back next day.

Is "astraeolite" the same as so-called "black sunstone"?
