Artscapes Fashion - shape change after washing?

I love colour, and really like some of the designs in these tops - but.... I have bought several in the past, and every single one has stretched horizontally, and shortened considerably when I've washed it - and been completely unflattering and unwearable as a result.
Has anyone purchased them recently - have they improved?
If you have managed to wash them successfully, without the shape changing - I'd love to know how you did it!

I've had some for a few years, some did exactly as you describe - mostly the more 't-shirt' style, while others - usually the tunic/kaftan shaped ones have not. I think it's something to do with the weave.

Snap! I bought a couple of tops when they first arrived on QVC, but they went wide and boxy in shape after the first wash so I sent them back. Disappointing if it's a top you love. I'll bear in mind if the longer tunics stay true to shape but I haven't bought since - maybe it is just the jersey fabric Tshirts that are affected.
