Are any of the Presenters really *friends* with each other!!

I think Julia & Debbie Flint get on well. IIRC, Julia had a hand in DF coming back to Q after all those years.

I ave always recognised rather hostile vibes between the two ladies, a bit like there is only room for one queen at QVC. Debs has helped Julia with getting her book published, but I still don't think they are BFFs

I agree - I do read the blogs fairly regularly on QVC, and all of a sudden, out of the blue, there were all these gushing remarks on Julia's blog about Debbie - all to do with her help getting Julia's novel self-published. I am very cynical - it struck me as cupboard love!

I should also add, I suspect Alison Young cares much for Debbie either - once heard a throwaway remark on air which led me to think that. I can't remember precisely what she said, but it was in relation to a turn of phrase used in a particular sales pitch.

Funny, I had thought this too! Hard to tell on screen but there must be some real heavy competition behind the scenes, only to be expected I suppose. :mysmilie_48:

So I was surprised to see Julia doing her usual Friday afternoon slot at exactly the same time as Alison's nuptials. Is this a sign that she and Alison aren't particularly close or that Queen Jules is the consummate professional...the show must go on! :movie:

It may well work out that all of them end up at the wedding at some point, if they are in the country. You know, like the way they seem to shoot the Christmas trailers in shifts? I dare say we'll get mentions of the wedding attendance from most of the presenters, whether they were present for the full nuptials or the evening reception (assuming they have one).

Julia said she was going this evening!
