watched TJC pre melt down yesterday first time i have watched in ages used to watch all time but they went down hill bit like gems at moment so stopped buying but was very impressed with their prices yesterday can you tell me what is their quality like now do they have any problems

I think that you either like it or loath jewellery.
Right now I can’t stand Gems TV jewellery, fake gems and accessories, terrible!
I find that TJC offer good quality jewellery at knock out prices.
I have had very good valuation and comments regarding the quality of the setting and gemstones.
The pre melt shows yesterday was great, it reminded me of Gems TV in 2004/5 selling jewellery at a fast and furious pace.
I have not had any problems with TJC apart from their systems collapsing earlier this year when they were upgrading their website and internal operations. I received a telephone call from the head of operations with an apology, I am not complaining, IT problems happen! The website has had a few problems in recent weeks.
On the whole I am very happy with the quality of jewellery and service that I received from TJC.
