How many shopping channels has she done the rounds?? Does anyone remember when she had the blonde streak at the front of her hair! Gardening is boring to watch on bid but I felt sorry for Peter the other week when he got poked in the eye by an Oleander bush. he least carried on and his eye got gradually worse, red and weeping, anyone see it?

I did and at first found it funny, I like Angela but a lot of people on here don't but just 1 thing, does she only own 1 set of clothes? She said last night I will be dressed for easter tomorrow, oh I thought she's going to wear something different...........No she was in the same red top as she has for the last 3 weeks that i've seen her on

When she's on with Peter its funny watching him trying to find a place to cut in before she starts another sentence

Angela is also a Yonanas fan she tried it for the first time tonight with Andy and she ate the whole bowl

She is alright and I like her for being such a shopping tele ledgend, I mean she has done all 3 main channels! Go Angela!

I can't stand her - she just talks and talks without any real wit or charisma....I have to turn her over. I saw her on with Andy and you could see even he was getting bored, every time he tried to make a joke she just carried on waffling.

I turn over immediately now when it's anything garden related...it's dull to watch. Also, how many of those hanging baskets with the holes in the side has she flogged!?!?

While she seems to know her stuff I find the woman completely over the top.

It would seem she is a bit of a Tennis expert too so heaven help us if she starts selling Tennis Lessons

Mind you, at least she might change out of her red cardy.

I have only seen her on Bid (maybe she insisted on that?), she dosen't quite do all the gardening shows but she does enough.

bid sometimes cant win there is little doubt the "experts" have improved of late in terms of knowledge

even the products look good today (the earlex paint is well rated online and karcher is a massive brand)

There was an interesting comment on FB about the compost. It was stated that different plants need different fertilizers. I don't know as I know nothing about gardening or plants but the comment has been removed, so I take it it's true then

even mike mason (first time i have praised him) shut up for twenty minutes the other night when he soon realised everything was flying out with angela talking through the products

Sounds about right Momma. They seemingly don't like any comments that go against their mantra.

I think Angela could carry the show on her own, she's a bit full on but hey, anyone that shuts PS & MM up is ok by me!!
I did notice that Mike was quiet and allowed her to get on with it, good on him for that, at least it shows he knows when to shut up and respect the expert
Mind you, I don't suppose he could do much scaremongering with a basket of polyanthus!!! so he didn't bother!!
And for the record, Angela not only has a red cardi, not only a pink cardi, not only black jeans!!!

Remember when she used to do security lights on qvc then it was spray and grow then it was inflatable beds now she is a garden expert god these people get around.

I agree with mommabear, Angela is more than capable to do the presenting in her own right. She is a shopping tv veteran, having been on QVC and Ideal World for years.

deedee, she wore the purple cardi all the time over on Ideal, with the black jeans. Interesting note on the cardi, she always wears them buttoned except or the last two buttons at the bottom. Every single time, anyone else noticed this?

I'm a tad undecided about her, I like her passion & knowledge of the subject but I don't like how she talks over people. The ideal situation is as previously mentioned and that is she presents on her own. To be fair though, most the people I know (who have their own allotments/work at pennells etc) are just like her and its quite nice to see people with a passion like that.

Personally I think she would be utterly unbearable if she didn't have someone to break up her hairdryer type delivery. I would be utterly bamboozled, she dosen't stop for breath.

She isn't someone I can warm to at all. For what small interest I have in gardening I far, far prefer Peter and Martyn's style, they are every bit as knowledgeable but nowhere near as domineering.

Too much, always too much.
