Alter Ego Hairdryer

Has anyone else got the Alter Ego hairdryer? I've been wanting to get it for months and finally ordered it last week on EP but I don't know if I'm missing something as it doesn't seem to be any better than my old cheap Trevor Sorbie one. Yes it's quieter and it doesn't seem to be quite as "blowy" but so far it hasn't changed my life the way it seems to be promised to.

I have been tempted by this as the last 2 reasonably priced hairdryers that I have bought have made me think buy cheap buy twice as both have problems with the slightest knock causing the nozzle to fall off, will be interested in the comments you get back. A friend if mine recently bought a ghd one and says it is great but I felt it and it was really quite heavy

I've got one, doesn't do anything different to any other hairdryer i've had but it is still going over a year after I bought it and usually i'm lucky if they last me six months.

I use the ghd air at work and a parlux at home the two best hair dryers on the market only downside is there both heavy . The ego hair dryer seems to be all mouth and no action
