lilith, was the code in an email from deciem , as I didn't see one, and where do you check for deciem codes if it's not in the email?

i never had a discount code or newsletter from them,
even though i ordered from them a few times
i only had a product email with offer from them when Hydra Blur came out

Got my delivery today and the Instant Facial is not a spray. I'm not fussed but fed up with misadvertising recently. On the presentation is was advertised as a spray bottle.

The Instant Facial has to be a spray. Definately. If it is not, there is something wrong. They always emphasized it being a spray right from the beginning as far as I know.

Someone wrote in the reviews on the QVC site that the bottles had been opened before and that QVC had sent out used products. How can that be if it was a TSV and therefore a new set?

I’m sure Q will blame it on ‘quality check’. My I.F. was sealed but I haven’t checked LG. I think that my box was spared.

ps: Just read the review, omg, but it couldn't possibly have been a return, perhaps Q staff in the warehouse were helping themselves. Or could this be the items used on air? Don't think so.

The video is still there and it’s in a spray bottle and all the following is said ‘it's in a spray bottle, spray in on your cotton pad then wipe your face….’ and so on. I have to say I really liked it but it's a bit sticky. The skin looks glowing and it’s a shame to cover it with spf and make up, but one must, because it’s a glycolic.

Mine arrived yesterday, no pump on Instant Facial which is fine by me you need to pour onto cotton wool anyway so a spray not much use. All properly sealed and not used before. I used the Instant Facial today and am happy with it, mildly tingling and tightening feeling, no aggravation of rosacea, skin on cheeks feels a bit smoother.

Does anyone know what the percentage of glycolic acid are in the liquid gold, instant facial and rejuvenating cream?

The Liquid Gold has 5% glycolic, but the other two? Have you watched the presentations / the videos on QVC? There they tell the percentages of the products. Or did you check on the Alpha-H Homepage?

For some reason I was under the impression that the instant facial was a weaker solution to the liquid gold as they advise to use it almost like a toner every morning but on the alpha h website it says to use on alternate evenings like liquid gold.

sounds like a duplicate product of liqiud gold with a slightly different delivery system. i really dont like alpha h tsv's

Alpha-H website isn't as good as it needs to be for a brand of this type.

Buying specialised exfoliating and peeling products needs to be done carefully and with consideration to the rest of the regime. Confusing the heck out of the customer is not a good sales ploy.

I thought the same, that the Instant Facial would be a weaker LG. That's why I didn't get the point of using it because I already use the LG and too much exfoliating is bad for the skin.
