You can put personal stuff through your business but you have to pick up the tab at the end of the day. And if she had any sense she wouldn't bother with the aggro if putting through the business. She only ends up paying her accountant extra to sort out her "shopping".

I had a blue fit the once and put £150 through the business which was personal. I realised there and then and made the poor man cancel the transaction. What a ruddy palaver. But because it would show as an transaction and cancellation I told my accountant. He said next time don't panics, I'll just deduct the money from your "wages".
