Yes that's how long Gale Hayman has been on Q,I can't understand how it has lasted so long,the guest now is John Gustafson who I do like,but I have never been impressed with any thing from this range,even the lip lift is overrated .

I can't remember the name of it - 'looking good'or something like that? It was hosted by a short blond haired woman and Jon did the makeovers. Must be at least ten years ago, probably more.

ahh!! i knew i reconised him from somewhere but i love his colourful jackets they are my kinda thing as i love anything unusal & colourful (still lookin for like a bright yellow hoodie & a baby pink hoodie too) but thats another topic altogether

John also wrote beauty columns and articles in magazine.

He also did reviews, question and answers on the handbag website(no idea if it still going?????), the forum had a major breakdown for ages and when it returned no one seemed to post any more.

If you want a makeover with him there is a 7 year waiting list, don't know where he is based though.

You can have a make up makeover with him at Fenwick, it cost £100 with £50 redeemable on products but there's no mention of a seven year wait. Surely QVC aren't telling porkies!

I have a memory of him working in Selfridges & doing a custom foundation mixing service.

Also working for Prescriptives, not sure if the foundation thing was for them as well.
